1. Who makes the dresses?

Our team of skilled artisans handcrafts each dress with precision and care, ensuring that every piece meets our high standards of quality and style.

2. How to take measurements for your order?

📌 Important! Your child’s height is the primary size that should be provided when placing an order. We use this measurement to determine the correct dress size.

If your child’s measurements do not match the standard size chart, we can create a custom-made dress.

📌 The price for custom tailoring will be 50% higher than the standard price.

To ensure the best fit, please take the following measurements using a measuring tape.

1. Height

Measure from the top of the head to the floor while your child is standing straight and barefoot. The measuring tape should be held vertically without bends or tilts. This is the key measurement used for selecting the correct dress size.

2. Chest Circumference

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of the chest, passing it under the arms. The tape should fit snugly but not be too tight.

3. Waist Circumference

Measure around the narrowest part of the waist. The tape should rest comfortably without squeezing.

4. Hip Circumference

Wrap the tape around the widest part of the hips, ensuring it stays level and does not sag.

5. Front Length to Waist

Place the measuring tape at the shoulder (where it meets the neck) and measure straight down to the waistline. Keep the tape vertical.

Take measurements while your child is standing straight and barefoot.

Do not pull the measuring tape too tightly.

Before placing your order, double-check all measurements and determine the correct size using our size charts, available in both inches and centimeters.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect measurements or miscalculations of the child's size.

Custom-made dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

All our dresses are handcrafted and made to order. The production time is 3–4 weeks, plus additional shipping time depending on your location.

4. What if my child loses or gains weight?

Our corset-style dresses are designed with flexibility, allowing for size adjustments of 1–2 inches, ensuring a comfortable fit.

5. Can I request express shipping?

Yes! If you need a dress urgently, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request and deliver the dress within 15 business days, depending on your location.

6. Does MiniLuxCouture offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

📌 Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes applicable in their country. We do not control these charges, so we recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

7. What is your return policy?

Returns & Refunds

Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition in their original packaging.

Returns are accepted only for standard-size dresses, with a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Custom-made dresses are non-refundable.

📌 If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a return or exchange at no additional cost. Please note that minor variations in handmade craftsmanship and custom tailoring are not considered defects.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size-related issues if:

The item is in brand-new condition.

You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

📌 All shipping costs (including returning the dress and sending a new one) are the responsibility of the buyer if the size selection error was made by the customer.

When Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Items that show visible signs of wear (stains, tears, or damage).

Items that have been dry-cleaned, washed, altered, or repaired by the customer or a third party.

Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, order cancellations are possible under the following conditions:

Free cancellation: Within 3 days of placing the order.

10% cancellation fee: If canceled after 3 days, but before production begins.

30% cancellation fee: If production has already started.
