Return & Exchange Policy

At Mini Lux Couture, we aim to ensure that every dress brings joy and confidence to our customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

We accept returns and exchanges for standard-size dresses under the following conditions:

• The item is new, unworn, and unused, in its original packaging
• The customer notifies us and ships the return within 7 calendar days of receiving the order

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping.

In certain cases (e.g. during promotions or special offers), Mini Lux Couture may cover the cost of the original delivery.

If such an order is returned, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the 30% restocking fee.

Dresses made to custom measurements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Order cancellations are not allowed once production has begun.

• Within 3 days of placing the order: Free cancellation
• After 3 days but before production begins: 10% cancellation fee
• After production has begun: 30% cancellation fee
• If the item is ready or shipped: A 30% fee applies once the item is returned in brand-new condition. The customer covers all shipping costs.

Items purchased as part of a promotion or discount sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos or video of the problem

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

Please note: Minor imperfections due to handmade craftsmanship or slight tailoring deviations are not considered defects.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

• The item shows signs of wear, stains, damage, or odor
• The item was washed, dry-cleaned, altered, or repaired
• The issue is reported more than 7 days after delivery
• The dress was made to custom measurements
• The item was purchased on sale or during a promotion

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in their country.

Mini Lux Couture is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
